It truly seems like the story of our lives! Every couple of years we end up moving. Luckily, this time it's just 10 minutes down the road into a place of our very own!! We close on our townhouse this Friday. The owners moved out last weekend and let us have the keys this week. So we have frantically been painting and making the place our own. We will do the big move of all the furniture on Saturday. We are so excited to own our own place (ask us if we are still excited when something breaks and we can't just pick up the phone to call the maintenance person).
We have moved a few boxes over already. I have the most important room all unpacked and set-up already. The kitchen! So we are feeling less nervous and more excited.
I will send you before and after pictures after we have unpacked and are settled.
Another praise! Mo got a new job!!! He will be working with computers again - which he is so excited about. He is going to be a technical engineer working for an orthopaedic clinic. They have 8 offices around Richmond and 32 doctors. They have a total of about 200 or so employees and they are getting ready to update all their computer systems. Mo gets to be a part of that roll-out of computers and will help with technical support. AND the company has been around for almost 100 years (talk about job security). And my favorite part of the job is that he will be working Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm!
