She does look like a Madame Alexander doll. So beautiful! And from the pictures, it looks like you have another child that looks like Mo. I guess you'll have to keep on having babies to get a blonde, blue-eyed Alisa. :)
Yes, Mo called it the "first of many..." We got a great deal on ebay for it! New with tags for cheap! :)
