Yummy!!

I had a cold this week that I passed onto Isaac. We have been stuck in the house and were going stir crazy (didn’t we just have a cold?). So Mo decided to take us out Saturday to the Chesterfield Berry Farm. We enjoyed a day filled with fun and entertainment. First, we visited the animal barn and saw a bunch of farm animals (cows, chickens, pigs, emus, peacocks, guineas, sheep, and rabbits). Then we took a covered wagon ride out to the strawberry fields to pick our own strawberries. Of course we had to sample a few before we knew what would be the best ones to pick. Afterwards, Isaac played in a big pool filled with dried corn. We enjoyed our lunch at one of the picnic tables while listening to live music. It was a beautiful day! Especially in the evening when we enjoyed our strawberries with vanilla ice cream after dinner. Mmmmm, good!
